Welcome to JYL Studio! I’m Judy, a painter in Colorado.

Overthinking is an (unhealthy) hobby of mine. Painting allows me to throw all my thoughts onto the canvas, which, depending on the time of day and how the sun is shining, can be meandering or direct, whispering or bold, a hodgepodge of harsh edges or squiggles of joy.
